 Mr. Sustek has been practicing law in the Czech Republic since 1999, after completing his studies at Charles University School of Law where his focus was on civil law, particularly compensation for damage, and civil procedure.
From the beginnings of his legal practice, Mr. Sustek has concentrated on expanding and developing his experience in the field of advocacy before the Czech courts, representing his clients at all levels of the court hierarchy and administrative authorities. This practical experience in formal dispute resolution and dealing with public authorities complements his other principal practice areas of insurance law (focusing on the specialized area of heavy goods vehicles and automotive leasing), bankruptcy administration and advice to clients involved in construction proceedings.
