Our aim is deliver consistently high quality, professionally executed transactional services in conjunction, where necessary, with trusted local partners who can offer the local knowledge to carry out detailed due diligence and push through local registrations and permitting, etc. Our “Western” common and civil law educational backgrounds, combined with international law firm training at the local level and extensive experience in the field, have equipped us to take on the most demanding and complex deals, wherever our clients wish to do business.

Our experience spans the spectrum of real estate investments assets, including offices, turn-key headquarters, shopping centres, residential development, industrial sites and multi-use properties. We have counselled clients on all types and aspects of property acquisition, disposal, development and management – both asset and special purpose holding vehicle transactions – as well as joint ventures, investment fund structures and formation, financing (for acquisition, construction and development) and the provision of security (mortgages, guarantees, etc). We also advise on asset, property and facility management, leasing and construction projects and are able to work with local authorities to manage the zoning, permitting and consent processes, and other local registrations connected to property ownership.

In close co-operation with tax advisors, we also work to ensure the optimum tax-efficient structures for real estate investments, tailored to each client’s needs and goals, and the type and location of the property in question.
