Marketa NEKLOVA

neklovaMarketa Neklova completed her magister degree at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2005. During the final year of her studies, she took part in a one-semester traineeship with the District Court for Prague 3. After her graduation, she started to work for one of the leading international German law firms in Prague.

During her practice, she has taken part in some of the largest financing projects in the Czech Republic (typically dealing with loans of between EUR 40,000,000 and 200,000,000), mostly as an advisor to international banks and acting as legal advisor in the financing and/or re-financing of the biggest office projects in Prague.

Ms. Neklová has also provided advice to successful Czech as well as international companies in corporate matters focusing on the labour law aspects of business transactions, as well as on the spectrum of individual labour law matters. Ms. Neklova has also participated in numerous real estate acquisition projects in the form of both share and asset deals.


As part of the Schoultz & Partners team, Ms. Neklova has advised clients especially in relation to individual labor law, leasing and financing.

Ms. Neklova as experienced specialist employment law adviser is currently advising clients on matters such as establishment and termination of employment, non-competition and liability for damage. She has also published articles on employment law matters.
